Muzica este un loc in care sa te refugiezi, un loc in care sa te pierzi in ganduri si amintiri... spune ea....
Fie ca o asculti cand esti trist, fie ca o asculti cand radiezi de fericire, fie ca o asculti cand citesti sau cand pur si simplu stai in pat si privesti tavanul, de fiecare data ai aceiashi senzatie minunata izvorata din vocea de inger ce-ti invaluie camera. O voce de-o sensibilitate metafizica ce-ti patrunde adanc in suflet, iti alina si vindeca fiecare fibra muribunda a corpului tau.
Ati auzit-o in filme ca Gladiatorul, Black Hawk Down, Tears of The Sun, One Perfect Day (si astea sunt doar cele pe care le-am vazut eu). Vocea ei a imprimat profunzime filmelor, le-a dat sensibilitate si acea dureroasa autenticitate. Imi amintesc, doar la o scurta privire aruncata spre trecut, de celebrul "gortoz a ran" din OST-ul de la "Black Hawk Down" , moment in care am descoperit-o pe ea.... Lisa Gerrard , cea care la inceputul anilor '80 impreuna cu Brendan Perry forma apreciata "Dead can Dance".
In ultimul ei album, "Immortal Memories", (din care am extras si melodia de moment) Lisa a beneficiat si de aportul compozitorului irlandez Patrick Cassidy.
Piesa de moment este inchinata lui "Amergin", unul din primii mentori druizi alaturi de Uar si Eithear.
Amergin’s Invocation . O piesa exact ca un basm, ca un text epic de-o mare frumusetze...

Despre Tujiko Noriko nu gasesti foarte multe informatii in limbi de circulatie internationala pe net. Dupa cum probabil ati ghicit dupa nume, domnisoara in cauza este de origine japoneza, nascuta in Osaka, si ca mai toti artistii japonezi este o adepta a muzicii electronice. Undeva intre Bjork si Sigur Ros, albumul ei From Tokyo to Naiagara din 2003 este insa ceva mai mult de-atat. Un pic deprimant, un pic avangardist, un pic j-pop, un pic electronic, intr-un cuvant: experimental.
Melodiile curg una dupa alta, ca niste halucinatii auditive de 5-8 minute fiecare. E o muzica de relaxare, care te face sa te gandesti la betisoare parfumate si haiku (si ca o nota personala, e chiar dragut sa o asculti in timp ce arzi betisoare parfumate in camera).
Acestea fiind spuse, melodia mea de moment de pe respectivul album se numeste Zipper.

e genul de piesa care te poate face sa-ti numeri fiecare fir de par din cap si la un moment dat, total accidental, sa te trezesti cu el in mana.

in noaptea asta, de fapt de nijte zile de cand am primit-o ma obsedeaza Suffocating Right a celor de la Neuroticfish. Influentele depeche mode sunt mai mult decat evidente si la vocea tipului (extraordinara besides) si in linia melodica.

A dooa piesa care ma obsedeaza, de pe albumul The Silent Force(Within Temptation), este Stand my ground(prima , shi anume Memories, shtiu ca ii mai place mult cuiva shi il las pe iel sa faca onorurile). Melodia incepe ushor, seren, cu sunetul viorilor, apoi continua in fortza. Vocea artistei se imbina perfect cu ritmul piesei shi cu viorile care ii dau melodiei un sunet deosebit.

acum vreo doua zile am primit o melodie.. o stiam si imi placea (e foarte faina si in versiunea cealalta, orice ar spune unii*p ) dar varianta asta iti da fiori, are tipa o voce... si pianul/orgA aia (ca nu ma pricep eu prea bine) e geniala.

Astazi ma delectez cu O.S.I. (Office of Strategic Influence), ultimul proiect a lui Mike Portnoy, "ajutat" de chitaristul Jim Matheos de la Fates Warning si ex-claparul DT, Kevin Moore (actualmente membru al trupei Chroma Key) care, in acest proiect, o face si pe vocalul. Singurul album scos pana acum se numeste "Office of Strategic Influence" (2003), iar melodia de moment: Head.

momentan imi place foarte mult O.C.S. - In Reluare, care suna destul de bine in ciuda faptului ca versurile nu sunt intotdeauna la inaltime, ca si pe restul albumului de altfel.

The Flaming Lips au acea calitate de a suna destul de bubble-gum incat sa te gadile placut in organele auditive dar sa fie si destul de seriosi incat sa exprime ceva mai mult de "vrei sa pleci si nu ma nu ma iei". Unul dintre cele mai misto albume semnate TFL e Yoshimi vs. The pink robots, despre care v-as spune eu multe, dar mai bine aruncati o ocheada pe forumul de recenzii unde domnul offender s-a exprimat mai coerent decat as putea eu. De ce v-am zis toate astea? Pentru ca melodia mea de moment e de la The Flaming Lips, de pe albumul Yoshimi vs. The Pink Robots si se numeste Ego Tripping at the Gates of Hell.

Da mai, si va ziceam de astia de la the flaming lips, super tari oamenii, ma sperie cat de mult imi plac. De-aia pe acelasi fir continua sirul de melodii de moment cu Up above the daily hum, pe care o ascult amintindu-mi de camp, de stufstockul de anul trecut si de toate plimbarile mele anterioare si ma gandesc cu entuziasm la motorrock, rock la mures si toate plimbarile mele urmatoare...

Tocmai cand ma pregateam sa le ucid cu sange rece pe cele doua colege care ma terorizau cu "Kiss FM" zi de zi la munci, cu "Shanpolul" si "Usherul" @#$@#% masii, m-am trezit cu "intariri" in persoana unui nou coleg care spune ca e chitarist intr-o trupa de progresiv. Sigur..."trupa" daca nu cumva termenul e prea "generos" pt. niste muzicieni care inca nu au CD-ul demo sau vreo inregistrare in studio. Eu le doresc sa treaca de repetitii si sa ajunga macar sa faca cateva inregistrari. In fine... nu despre asta era vorba...
Ideea e ca tot discutand noi asha despre Stratovarius, Gamma Ray, Within Temptation, Crematory s.a.m.d mi-a vorbit putin si de Avantasia si mi-a recomandat sa ascult.
Eh, eu baiat curios din fire am reusit sa trag albumul "The Metal Opera Part II " si sa-l ascult de cateva ori. Intregul album e destul de reusit....da'....ca sa nu o mai lungesc mult....azi avem:
Avantasia - The Looking Glass
O melodie tocmai buna dupa 8 ore de munci cand somnul aproape ca te biruie... :rolleyes:

Fara prea multa vorbaraie, in seara asta necesitam ceva care sa ma linisteasca, sa nu ma puna pe ganduri, ceva simplut, acceptabil si totusi frumos.

pe mine de vreo cateva zile ma terorizeaza (in sensul bun al cuvantului) si nu ma lasa sa lucrez ;a o melodie intitulata "Mi cuerpo" - nu stiu exact cine o interpreteaza (windows media player zice ca ar fi various artists 
). Refrenul imi place in mod special, ca mult adevar graieste ;-). Cam astea ar fi versurile - le-am luat de pe net si sunt cateva greseli, dar nu conteaza:

melodia zilei de azi si din ultima luna de fapt este Paradise Lost - As I Die.
cea mai buna piesa de pe al treilea album (Shades of God) al formatiei care este creditata de multi drept inventatoarea gothic metalului.
gothicul nu e taman pe placul meu, cu citeva exceptii. iar unele exceptii sunt chiar exceptionale, precum melodia mea de moment...
de altfel, pt cei care se intrebau acu citeva zile de unde provine semnatura mea, this is the answer

Uneori, parca simti nevoia sa te opresti in loc si sa privesti amuzat la forfota continua din jurul tau. Aceeasi dorinta ciudata iti insufla si melodia Ultimate Gift a celor de la Enchant, "A Blink of an Eye" (2002). O formatie cu un sound curat, care chiar reuseste sa-ti incante auzul de la prima ascultare.

Raison D'Etre - In abscence of light este melodia de moment a zilei de azi.
Peter Andersson, "creierul" din spatele proiectului "Raison D'Etre" si-a dovedit (pt. a nu stiu cata oara) genialitatea si pe albumul In Sadness, Silence and Solitude din '97 (din care am ales si melodia de moment, probabil cea mai buna melodie de pe album)
Oricum, mai tot ce iese sub marca "Cold Meat Industry" merita ascultat si e suficient doar sa pomenesc nume ca "Arcana" sau "In Slaughter Natives" pt. a-mi argumenta parerea....
Acestea fiind zise, nu-mi ramane decat sa va dau adresa http://www.coldmeat.se/home.html si sa va doresc download placut....
