I have spent the last hour or so reading about the empires in East Asia between 6oo-135o. My mind is full of information on the Tang and Song dynasties, Tang Taizong and Wu Zhao... I'm probably going to dream about the changes in Chinese society and have horrible nightmares related to the era of prosperity and innovation.. I have now advanced to the Mongol conquests and will soon reach yet another wonderful chapter in my extremely interesting history book--> the empire of the Great Khan..
Then of course, there are the 2 essays (one on the Chinese inventions and their role in society and another about the importance of the silk road)
And school hasn't even started yet!

the Tang were neodaioists, right? And yeah, the Song dynasty's rule was the most prosperous period in Chinese history despite the attacks from the northern invaders that lead to the creation of the Jin dinasty which ruled northern China for quite some time, in paralel with the Song.

oh come on, history is fun! I suggest studying chinese philosophy too, it's much more interesting.

The period of the Tang and Song dynasties was one of intense growth because China grew in population, trade, wealth, new ideas, and also had many artistic achievements.
I guess it's better than geography...

by the way, philosophy I like..it's the dates and names that i hate!

I think that this topic was made mainly for folks that don't know too much romanian or none at all to have some fun on this website.

I still have some bad grammar but do give answers to english gramar questions to americans(from time to time)(sorry for any offtopics).
Now back to this subject thing.
I am not sure but is this subject made just like the one that says"say whats on your mind right now" but in english or is it actually made towards more of an english speaking crowd(like foreigners?).

I know plenty of Romanians in US who do not want to speak to Romanians ever again and deny their so called Romanian heritage to the fullest saying that Romania is a bad place, its a shame that Im from there and on and on and on.

Besides, it's understandable for a person to forget some words and/or expressions in a certain language if all their daily activities are performed speaking another language.
