desi nu sunt mare fan de gothic/doom/black metal sau orice asemanator, unul dintre albumele mele preferate care se incadreaza in acest gen este on thorns i lay - crystal tears...
cautand orice despre formatie, am aflat ca on thorns i lay este o formatie romaneasca cu radacini grecesti sau o formatie greceasca cu radacini romane
in orice caz, albumul crystal tears a fost inregistrat in bucuresti, dar in majoritatea site-urilor formatia apare ca fiind greceasca...

"This band from Romania (with Greek roots!) plays a sort of beautiful, relaxing, atmospheric doom with both clean male and female vocals. The heavy Septic Flesh influences (including deep death grunt) you heard on previous album 'Orama', disappeared and the band finally shows an own identity.
Interesting elements in this album are the very beautiful, fragile female vocals, the outstanding violin work and the melancholic, dreamy atmosphere of the songs. in 97 cand au scos primu(?) album au aparut cu o piesa pe o compilatzie Hard Rock Magazine din Frantza. dup'aia, am ascultat cateva piese de pe "Orama" prin 98. de atunci ii tot caut shi nu ii gasesc pe nicaieri. shtii tu vrun site cu mp3 moca cu ashtia?
