From where can I download some proram to phpunder

I come from Poland and I have some question. Sorry, If I'm writting on wrong forum and sory for mistakes in my topic (I don't know english very well). I'm searching for some program to rotary popunders on website. I can'f find it on sites of my country because people in Poland are very weird - they are selling this program if they have it.
